HR Intern

RDFL is looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an HR Non-Paid Intern. This internship provides a great opportunity to gain practical experience in human resources.

Responsibilities:

Support in the recruitment process; shortlisting, schedule interviews, and send regret emails.

Maintain and organize HR files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Track employee attendance and update leave balances.

Support administrative processes for staff NSSF documents.

 

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, ideally in Human Resources Management;

Good Communication Skills;

Strong personal integrity;

 Capable of multitasking, managing pressure, improvising, and adapting to changing situations with flexibility and cultural sensitivity.
