Plan, execute, and manage online fundraising campaigns based on seasonal events (Ramadan, Eid el Fitr, Eid el Adha, Easter, Christmas, etc.).
Develop targeted campaigns for Beit el Baraka’s key services: food security, medical support, shelter, education, agriculture, and job creation.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize donations.
Media Outreach & Influencer Relations:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers across various sectors to amplify campaign reach.
Coordinate with influencers to promote seasonal fundraising efforts and services.
Content Coordination & Scheduling:
Collaborate with all departments to organize content creation, including scheduling shoots based on department activities.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all campaigns.
Service Promotion & Awareness:
Promote Beit el Baraka’s core services:

Website & SEO Strategy:
Optimize the Beit el Baraka website for search engine rankings, increasing visibility and driving donations.
Track and measure the impact of online campaigns on donations and conversions.
Hospitality Requirements:
Event & Occasion-Based Marketing:
Coordinate with the restaurant manager to create marketing plans for seasonal occasions (Ramadan, Eid, Adha, Easter, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Galette des Rois, Spring Terrace Launch, Summer Events, etc.).
Market new menu additions, business lunches, and corporate event deals.
E-commerce & Retail Marketing:
Collaborate with Business Manager to drive online and in-store sales for Kanz Gourmet products.
Highlight small producers, artisans, and traditional skills in marketing campaigns.
Community Engagement & Brand Positioning:
Position Kanz as a movement supporting Lebanese farmers and artisans.
Promote the heritage and storytelling behind Lebanese cuisine and artisanal products.
Influencer & Ambassador Collaborations:
Build partnerships with chefs, food bloggers, designers, architects, and lifestyle influencers to promote Kanz Gourmet and Kanz Lifestyle products.
Website & SEO Strategy:
Optimize the Kanz website to improve search rankings and drive online sales.
Track the impact of campaigns on sales and customer engagement.
General Responsibilities:
Develop strategic marketing plans, calendars, and budgets for both Beit el Baraka and Kanz.
Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and provide regular reports.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
