Sales and Brand Development (Sales & Marketing)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and new markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Monitor stocks in the market and ensure that goods are always well displayed on shelves.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, logistics and finance, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.

Brand Development:

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive positioning.
• Oversee the development of marketing materials, including stands and promotional items.
• Plan and execute brand activation events, tastings and campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the sales and brand development teams.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, and coverage.
• Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize results.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Essential minumum qualifiations:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, brand management, or business development (5+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative brand strategies.
