• Plan and lead structured sports activities, fitness programs, and recreational games.
• Encourage teamwork, discipline, and healthy lifestyle habits through sports.
• Adapt activities to meet the needs of children with different physical abilities.
• Ensure child safety and injury prevention during activities.
• Work closely with educators and psychologists to integrate physical activities into holistic child development plans.
Reporting and Supervision
The sports instructor will report to the Project Manager and Project Coordinator and collaborate with the team
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sports coaching or physical education, preferably with children in vulnerable settings.
• Knowledge of child development and inclusive sports methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic; knowledge of English and/or French is an asset.
• Commitment to child protection and safeguarding policies.
