Lebanon Content Creator

Key Responsibilities:
 Deliver 1 human interest visual story per week (photo or short video), focusing on
individuals and communities benefiting from ACWA’s work.
 Produce 1 follow-up visual story per week, illustrating continued progress and the
broader impact of INARA’s work in Lebanon
 Cover INARA-related field activities and visits as needed, capturing high-quality
photo and video content, with occasional interviews.
 Edit all visual materials to be publication-ready, including color grading, audio
balancing, subtitles, and basic motion graphics if needed.
 Ensure content complies with INARA’s branding, messaging guidelines, and
protection standards.
 Collaborate closely with the communications team to align on story angles,
logistics, and content delivery timelines.

Qualifications:
 Strong experience in both photography and video production.
 Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro
 Excellent visual storytelling and narrative structuring skills.
 Sensitivity to working with vulnerable individuals and communities; understanding
of ethical content collection.
 Availability to travel within Lebanon to reach project sites.
 Arabic fluency required; working knowledge of English is an asset.
 Ability to meet tight weekly deadlines with minimal supervision.
