FPSS Facilitator - Bekaa - Rayak

Identify vulnerable children and caregivers in need of PSS and FPSS sessions in line with MSCC intervention guidelines.

Assist in the outreach process for the areas selected under MSCC to select the vulnerable beneficiaries.

Support in meeting center requirements.

Deliver FPSS sessions to children and caregivers.

Deliver PSS and FPSS curricula to caregivers of children attending Makani Centers.

Ensure FPSS sessions are delivered in line with global minimum standards and national inter-agency SOPs/standards.

Ensure that children and caregivers in need of case management are identified and referred to specific services.

Maintain positive relations with local implementing actors, local authorities and, other international and local stakeholders

Ensure the proper documentation of data collected (hard and soft copies) during FPSS (attendance sheets, permission slips, parental consent, referrals etc.)

Ensure that ALL children and caregivers accessing the PSS/FPSS sessions and identified as being at high risk are referred to case management.

Review the coaching session/plan together with the Officer and agree on areas in need of strengthening on a weekly basis.

Submit weekly/monthly reports.

Keep the data collected from the beneficiaries secured and protected.

Work within a team and acting professionally and ethically towards all concerned parties.

Organize and prepare the equipment and materials for the planned activities.

Provide coaching to ensure that all PSS/FPSS activities are aligned with curricula and guidelines.
