Michel Daher Social Foundation (MDSF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of
vulnerable communities in Lebanon. MDSF operates across four pillars: healthcare, social development,
economic and human development, and community development and sustainable livelihoods. Through its
programs, MDSF promotes resilience, sustainability, and social stability by addressing the needs of
individuals, communities, and local enterprises.

1. Background
Michel Daher Social Foundation (MDSF) is implementing the Salam Project, funded by GIZ, aims to
foster economic resilience and social stability in Southern Baalbek, West Bekaa, and Central Bekaa. The
Takallam Social Center is a dedicated space that offers a supportive environment for children with learning,
speech, and expressive challenges, providing therapy, counseling, and psychological aid for both children
and parents.
A key component of the project focuses on transforming the Takallam Center into a hub for psychosocial
services and community activities. The music and drama therapy initiatives seek to empower youth and adolescents to lead change in their communities by addressing psychosocial needs, fostering self-
expression, and building skills for advocacy and career development.

2. Objective of the Assignment
The objective of this call is to acquire plastic chairs to be used for workshops, events, training, and therapy
sessions in the Takallam center.

4. Delivery & Logistics
Delivery Location: Michel Daher Social Foundation, Ferzol, Bekaa, Lebanon
Delivery Deadline: No later than May 26, 2025
Condition: Products must be delivered intact, undamaged, and within the agreed timeframe

5. Warranty & Support
 Minimum 6-month product warranty required
 Provide service contact information for claims

6. Required Documentation
Suppliers must submit the following with their bid:
 Product compliance or quality certificates
 Warranty documentation
 Delivery notes and invoice upon delivery

7. Vendor Qualifications
Eligible vendors must demonstrate:
 Experience supplying similar furniture in Lebanon
 Strong client references
 Capacity for timely delivery and logistics management
 Competitive pricing with quality assurance
