The purpose of this assignment is to seek an Assistive Devices Supplier, this includes the provision of a list of required Services as listed in “Appendix J” for Supplying Assistive Devices.
CONTRACT VALUE: The Contract Value at any time is the sum of: 200,000 $ (Two Hundred Thousand USD) paid throughout the contract period. Amel shall not be bound to abide by the full amount and items mentioned in the tender list.
The resulting contract will be valid for One year; this is known as a long-term agreement (LTA). The quantities are variable and subject to change.

On behalf of Amel Association International, all Assistive Devices Suppliers are hereby invited to tender for Assistive Devices.
Sealed and labeled Tenders must be returned to Amel Association International on or before the 16th of May 2025, by hand to AMEL headquarters, 3rd floor.
Tenders submitted in any other manner will be deemed invalid tenders. Unsigned tenders/tender proposal forms will likewise be deemed invalid tenders. The signature for the Form of Tender/Tender Proposal Form must be that of a Principal or Director of the firm. Tenders must be in the format prescribed in the Form of Tender/Tender Proposal Form and all required documents must be submitted.
Tenders will be assessed in accordance with the mentioned criteria.
