Under the mission “Thriving Together Towards Communal Solidarity for Dignified Living in Lebanon,” Sanabel Al Nour, a local NGO established in 1995, is dedicated to supporting the most vulnerable communities in Tripoli through a holistic, humanitarian, and multi-sectoral approach.
In alignment with this mission, Sanabel Al Nour is especially committed to enhancing the well-being of orphans and orphans with disabilities from both Lebanese and refugee backgrounds. A key component of our work is improving food security and nutrition, ensuring every child has access to safe and healthy meals to prevent hunger and malnutrition.
As part of the Shabake 2 project : Nourishing Hope: Enhancing Food Security and Well-Being for Orphans and Orphans with Disabilities , in partnership with Expertise France, we are currently seeking reliable and compassionate local suppliers to participate in this initiative by providing:
- 205 clothing vouchers valued at a total of $10,250 USD (equivalent to $50 per child)
- Beneficiaries: Orphans and orphans with disabilities aged 7 to 15 years old
These vouchers will allow the children to personally select new clothes in a dignified shopping experience in celebration of Eid Al-Adha.
Supplier Responsibilities
Selected suppliers are expected to:
- Support Sanabel Al Nour’s project team in assisting orphans with selecting their clothing
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the children during the shopping experience
- Offer the best possible value, maximizing the quantity and quality of clothing per $50 voucher
Supplier Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- Physical retail store located in Tripoli, North Lebanon
- Valid Commercial Register Certificate
- Tax Identification Number
Submission Requirements
- Detailed pricing and proposed clothing packages
- Commitment to delivering the service before the end of May 2025
- Guarantee of providing at least 3 clothing items per child
- Fill the request of quotation document provided with this tender
Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be assessed based on the following:
- Customer service capacity (for example number of staff assisting children): 30%
- Cost-effectiveness (Quantity of clothing provided per voucher): 40%
- Supplier reputation and relevant experience: 30%
