Follow up on the Expression of interest procedure including raising awareness on the importance of registering the organization in the database of the Ministry of Education to become part of the coordination pool.
Ensure project review and coordination of all EOI are approved education partners, liaise and work with all relevant stakeholders, to support or complement existing coordination mechanisms under the ministry’s National Education Plan
In close collaboration with the national sector coordinator for UNICEF, strengthen the daily flow of information between MEHE and the humanitarian community.
Support the UNICEF sector coordinator in the timely development of documents, assessments, guidelines etc.
Support in enhancing the coordination and information flow between the MEHE relevant departments, including Ministers’ office, that are involved in the education response.

Minimum Qualifications Required: An advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in Education or related social sciences field. If Other, Enter Disciplines: - A first University Degree in a relevant field combined with 2 additional years of professional experience may be accepted in lieu of an Advanced University Degree.
- Minimum of 7 years of recent experience in Education, with UN and or NGOs.
- Proven technical expertise in education including program implementation, monitoring and coordination with ideally experience in the Sector approach.
- Knowledge and experience in application of international technical guidelines and standards in Education (such as EiE) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of recent experience in Education, with UN and or NGOs.
