Mediation Trainer Beirut

This training will take place in Olive branch community center in Sin El Fil -Beirut and aims to foster effective skills, empowering participants to mediate disputes, promote understanding, and strengthen community harmony and social cohesion. 

The 7 trainees are all engaged youth within their communities and they are currently being trained in Digital Creativity Workshop. The training aims to foster further their inter communal relationship, capacitate them with the needed set of skills and understandings to play a key role in mitigating social tension through mediation and dialogue, provide protection by presence and lead inter-communal positive initiatives.

Outputs: 4 sessions in mediation and conflict management provided

               1 Mediation cell formed

               4 Peace building initiative: Following the creation of a mediation cell, the engaged youth will be guided and coached to design and implement 4 peace-building initiatives
