1 – Overview:

Amel Association International (Amel) is a Lebanese and non-sectarian NGO created in 1979. Amel works through 30 centers, 6 mobile medical units, 2 mobile education units and 1 protection unit, and for more than 40 years has supported the poorest regions of Lebanon, from Beirut and its South Suburbs to Mount Lebanon, Bekaa and South Lebanon. Amel offers accessible services for all in the following fields: food security, health, education, protection, child protection, gender-based violence, livelihood, promotion and protection of human rights, rural development

2 – Scope of work:

The training provider shall:

• Facilitate 12 training sessions (3 hours each) for the selected participants.
• Provide all necessary materials and equipment to produce 43–54 packs of reusable pads, except the sewing machines.
• Deliver a training summary report including learnings and quantity produced.
• Collect and analyze data to assess the impact using agreed MEAL indicators.
• Lend 6 popper machines to Amel for the duration of the project.

Amel reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of ordered Items.

3 – The quotation must include:

Same requested specification

The number of the registration in the ministry of finance (if existing)

VAT

Prices in USD using the attached Commercial offer form

Delivery period

Validity of the Quotation 

4 – Required Documents:

All Bidders are required to send the below requirements procurementdpt@amel.org with the subject “RFQ – 04753 – Trainer for Reusable Pads production” copying procurement@amel.org and procurementfield@amel.org :

A signed and stamped quotation using the attached Commercial offer form.

Certificate of the registration in the ministry of finance (الشهاد المالية). and all related legal papers including owner ID.

Copy of the specs and Pictures of the offered Items

5 – Payment Terms:

7 – Timeframe

Quotations and the requested papers should be submitted on or before 13/05/2025

Kindly note that the quotation will be automatically rejected if

The bidder doesn’t send all the requested papers (mentioned in number 4).

The quotation doesn’t include the requirements (mentioned in number 2).

The quotation is received after the deadline.
