- Coordination and Reporting:
- Coordinate International Social Services case management requests implementations with the respective operational teams in the areas and report monthly success and challenges to the Program Manager
- Meet weekly or bi-monthly with the Resilience Program Manager to discuss work progress and needed decisions
- Conduct monthly meetings with the teams to discuss challenges and success in implementation
- Coordinate internal meetings with relevant departments/programs when needed
- Replace the Senior Case Manager when SSW is not available
- Submit a monthly report to the Program Manager on the work progress
- Serve as the main focal point for all program-related data
- Focal point for the Resilience Program data (quantitative system)
- Training and Development:
- Assist the Program Manager in the design and implementation of internal training for Psychologists and Social Workers and provide recommendations based on the report analysis
- Train Resilience team members on topics/techniques related to the Resilience Program strategy
- Support the Resilience team in the field to ensure effective, timely, and quality implementation of the program activities under his/her responsibility
- Act as the technical focal point for BIDs under UNHCR projects
- Act as the focal point for himaya resilience software and train resilience teams on resilience electronic data management on a yearly basis
- Coach Senior Case Managers on specific needs identified within the yearly action plan
- Assist the Resilience Program Manager in reviewing the technical interview content and train Senior Psychologists and Social Workers on it, along with the Senior Case Managers
- Conduct the technical interview for the Senior Case Managers
- Conduct the induction and follow-up for the first quarter for the new Senior Case Managers and submit probation evaluation to the Resilience Program Manager
- Evaluate the Performance Appraisal for Senior Case Managers
- Support Senior Case Managers in the planning of induction for new staff
- Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Monitor the technical review of the Senior Case Managers on judicial reports and SOP annexes
- Conduct regular monitoring and internal evaluations on the field for the Resilience team members, document the evaluation results, and suggest corrective actions to close non-conformities
- Follow up on all deadlines related to QMS tools
- Review and update the Resilience shared folder old contents and update it continuously (QMS)
- Assist in developing the M&E log frame for Resilience (CB), including the creation of necessary tools
- Support in Strategic Planning:
- Assist the Resilience Program Manager in elaborating the Resilience strategy and yearly action plan and evaluate the work periodically
- Assist the Resilience Program Manager in drafting and reviewing guidelines and procedures related to the resilience program
- Assist the PM in reviewing the quantitative and qualitative data in order to update the program intervention strategies
- Assist the PM in developing new administrative tools (attendance sheets, reports, etc.)
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Replace the Resilience Program Manager and SCM when needed
- Perform additional duties as requested by the Program Manager
- Attend conferences, workshops, meetings and training related to child protection
- Miscellaneous:
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of himaya by effectively communicating information about its activities, projects, mission, values, and history
- Adhere to the mission and values of himaya by adopting and conveying its core values and concepts in both personal and professional contexts
- Participate in all activities and events organized by himaya (e.g., staff care, end-of-year gatherings...,)
- Respect the Code of Conduct, the Child Protection Safeguarding Policy, the PSEAH Policy, and all internal regulations
