humedica is inviting sealed quotations from qualified suppliers for the procurement of Medical Equipment, to be delivered to its office in Zahle.
Quotation Requirements:
Submitted quotations must:
- Adhere strictly to humedica’s specifications.
- Be signed and stamped by an authorized representative.
- Include a Certificate of Registration with the Lebanese Ministry of Finance.
- State all prices in US Dollars (USD).
- Include TVA, delivery fees, and any other applicable charges.
- Specify the following:
- Brands
- Delivery terms
- Expected delivery/installation time frame
- Payment method
- Validity period of the quotation (The validity period of the quotation must be clearly stated, and effective from the submission deadline)
