Key Responsibilities:
Support daily coordination with lecturers and coordinators (academic and project) to ensure alignment with objectives.
Participate implementation of work plans and project deliverables.
Help maintain records, monitor activities, and provide feedback on projects and activities progress.
Assist in organising and coordinating research and educational activities related to Child Rights.
Provide logistical and administrative support for events, training and project activities.
Support communication and collaboration with local and international partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Social Sciences, Human Rights, Education, or related fields.
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the field of Child Rights, human rights, or civil society work.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with NGO or academic project environments is a plus.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Computer proficiency (MS Office and digital collaboration tools).
