Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential student leads, educational institutions, and partnerships through online channels and local outreach.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through targeted campaigns (email, WhatsApp, social media, calls).
Build and manage lead lists in our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies based on campaign performance and academic cycles.
Initiate conversations with students and parents to understand their academic needs and guide them to the appropriate services.
Schedule meetings or demos with prospective clients and the academic advising team.
Report regularly on lead generation performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably in education, tutoring, or e-learning services.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Strong organizational and data-entry skills.
Familiarity with educational seasons and academic needs of students (especially university-level).
Experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot or Zoho) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of university curricula in the MENA region.
Experience in working with student recruitment, academic advising, or education sales.
Comfort with using LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, and Meta platforms for outreach.
