FHF is seeking a qualified trainer to design and deliver two comprehensive training sessions aimed at building the capacities of municipal staff in:
1. Public Space Management: Enhancing skills to efficiently manage and maintain safe, functional, and inclusive public spaces.
2. Community Engagement & Activity Planning: Equipping staff with tools to effectively plan, organize, and coordinate social and community activities, including conducting needs assessments, event planning, resource mobilization, fundraising, and collaboration strategies.
Training Objectives:
· Session 1: Provide practical knowledge on maintaining public spaces, ensuring safety, accessibility, and community satisfaction.
· Session 2: Develop competencies in organizing impactful community activities through effective planning, resource mobilization, and stakeholder collaboration.
Trainer Responsibilities:
· Design tailored training materials and modules for each session.
· Conduct two interactive training sessions (duration to be specified).
· Incorporate participatory methods and real-life case studies relevant to municipal contexts.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in public space management and community engagement training.
· Familiarity with municipal operations and challenges.
· Strong facilitation and communication skills.
