Objectives:
The purpose of this consultancy is to develop, and launch a fully functional, secure, and accessible website for our “Code for MENA” Civic Tech Hackathon. The website should effectively showcase the project’s information, provide access to key resources, and include a dedicated section for an API-integrated application form. This form will enable prospective participants to seamlessly submit their applications for the first cohort of the fellowship.
Deliverables:
• Build upon our existing UX/UI design and template
• Site map and mockups for approval before development
• Fully functional PC and mobile friendly website
• Seamless admin access to the content management system
• Training session for SmartGov staff on using the website’s CMS
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in website development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript or CMS-based)
• Proven expertise in WordPress websites, Elementor Pro, Slider Revolution, API-integration and plugins
• Experience in security practices and search engine optimization
• Experience in content-management systems
