Live Streaming Services for National Conference

1. Background

LADE, with the support of the European Union, is organizing a National Conference to launch the “Lebanon Electoral Reform Initiative 2026.” The conference will bring together key electoral stakeholders including public institutions, civil society, media representatives, and international partners.

To ensure wider outreach and public access to the discussions, LADE is seeking a professional service provider to deliver high-quality live streaming of the event across LADE’s social media platforms.

2. Objective

The objective of this assignment is to:

• Provide professional live streaming of the full-day conference.
• Guarantee smooth audio-visual quality with dynamic switching between speakers and panel visuals.

3. Scope of Work

The selected service provider will be responsible for:

• Pre-event planning: Coordinating with LADE’s communications team on platform access, branding visuals, and streaming plan.
• On-site setup: Bringing and installing all necessary equipment (cameras, mics, streaming gear, lighting, etc.).
• Live streaming: Full-day coverage from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with professional switching between sessions, speaker close-ups, and panel-wide shots.
• Branding: Adding LADE/EU logos, session titles, speaker names, and a “Live” banner during the stream.
• Recording and post-event delivery: Providing full HD recording of the entire conference and each session separately.
