Public Health Researcher

CRD is looking for a driven, insightful Public Health Researcher to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about translating complex realities into data-driven stories and influencing better decisions across the MENA region: this role is for you.

We’re not looking for someone who checks boxes. We want a curious mind, a clear writer, and a grounded professional who sees both the numbers and the people behind them.

What You’ll Do:

1. Design and implement health systems and social research
2. Lead data collection and analysis (quantitative and qualitative)
3. Draft reports, policy briefs, and compelling knowledge products
4. Engage with communities, partners, and decision-makers
5. Help CRD connect research to action across the MENA region

Who You Are:
Analytical but also a great communicator
Comfortable with messy realities and complex field dynamics
Interested in both academic quality and practical relevance
Experienced with SPSS, STATA, NVivo, or similar tools (but flexible and always learning)

Requirements:
✅ Master’s (or near completion) in Public Health: Epidemiology is a plus
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in applied research or evaluations
✅ Fluent in English (French and Spanish are a plus)
✅ Curious, structured, and able to work independently or in teams
