The purpose of this RFP is to contract with a contracting company to conduct rehabilitation for 3 communal spaces in Tripoli, Dennieh and Akkar.

Instructions

  1. RFP announcement date: 16-06-2025
  2. Deadline for inquiries: 20-06-2025
  3. Deadline for submission: 07-07-2025 at 16:00.
  4. Site check is mandatory: Site visits are scheduled to take place between June 23 and June 26, 2025. Interested companies must confirm their participation by sending an email to procurement@theforum-lb.org no later than June 19, 2025, at 4:00 pm. The FRPD Procurement Department will then respond with the assigned date and time of the visits

2 documents must be sent to the above-mentioned email entailing the following attachments (as PDF format):

 

Attachment 1: Technical proposal that includes the following documents:

  • Registration Certificate (5 points)
  • Copy of the MOF Number Certificate (5 points)
  • Copy of the VAT Number (5 points)
  • Copy of the Owner/s or Board member’s IDs/Passports (5 points)
  • Company Profile (5 points)
  • Bank account details (5 points)
  • Reference Check Letters (10 points)

      Attachment 2:

     A financial proposal, including a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), must be submitted by the supplier. The BOQ should  provide a comprehensive description of the work to be carried out, the materials required, unit prices, and total costs.

     Failure to adhere to the above instructions may lead to disqualification.
