About the Program:
LLWB, in partnership with KAS (Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung), is conducting a multisectoral dialogue program aiming to empower women-led businesses across Lebanon by providing targeted capacity building support in digital marketing, and business sustainability and communicating and pitching practices for the businesses to enhance their resilience and growth amid economic and security challenges.
Objective:
LLWB aims to empower 45 women-led MSMEs in the Beqaa, North and South Lebanon regions across various sectors: Agriculture, Industry, Service sectors, STEM and Agri-food through tailored training programs designed to enhance the capacities and elevate the skills of these MSMEs with a tailored three-days training for the MSMEs fully covered by LLWB.
Scope of training: Individual Trainers to conduct 3 in persons training days focusing Business Development for women-led businesses.
Specific tasks include:
- Delivering 3 in person training days on business management focusing on finance literacy, business plan, and growth strategies for 45 Women led businesses in the Beqaa, North and South Lebanon
Timeline: The assignment is expected to take place during the month of July.
Deliverables:
- Training content delivered to LLWB in English and Arabic for 1 training day on business development for women entrepreneurs
- Conducting 3 full days training sessions in 3 different regions noting that the consultant will derived one day training in each region, with different participants (All women-led businesses in various sectors).
- Prepare the content for the 6 hours training sessions in English and Arabic,
- Same training will be repeated for the 3 regions and tailored as per sectors of participants. (Consultant will deliver 3 days trainings only all in all).
- Send the detailed outline and content for LLWB. The trainer will provide a training agenda and learning objectives and distribute the handouts in both Arabic and English to all participants (Around 15 to 20 per region) approximately for the 45 MSMEs participants.
- The trainer should develop and provide LLWB with the pre and posttests for each session, filled by participants and analyzed by the trainer in the final report about the consultancy.
- The trainer needs to submit a detailed final report in English, including comprehensive insights and outcomes, with pictures of each of the 3 training days.
- Development of a concise article in English, highlighting key success stories of the intervention, focusing on notable achievements and impacts. The title of the article needs to be used for social media and website use.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proven experience in business management training for women entrepreneurs.
- Strong background in leadership development and gender equality initiatives.
- Proven experience of training with people from rural areas of Lebanon

- A financial proposal includes the daily rate per Day in USD dollars for developing the above-mentioned deliverables with a clear outline (3 Days of Training in 3 different regions noting that one day training in each region, and the participants are not the same), the quotation should be one lump sum including transportation and training fees in PDF.
- Title of Document should be Financial Proposal for “trainer for in person business development Training Sessions for 45 MSMEs in 3 different regions in Lebanon”
