Senior Coordinator — Training & Entrepreneurship Programs

Program Management & Delivery


•Plan and implement public and customized training courses, workshops, and entrepreneurship initiatives.
•Manage program logistics, including scheduling, trainer coordination, venue or platform set-up and resource preparation.
•Oversee participant recruitment, onboarding, communication, and engagement. Ensure program quality and participant satisfaction by supporting trainers and maintaining consistent delivery standards. Maintain accurate records, including participant and alumni database, client profiles, and evaluation data.
•Recruit, onboard and manage qualified trainers, subject matter experts, and vendors for training delivery; Maintain updated trainer database and performance evaluation.


Program Development & Market Research


•Conduct regular market research to identify training needs, and emerging opportunities in Lebanon entrepreneurship trends and workforce development sector.
Recommend new course offerings and services aligned with market demand and organizational priorities. Coordinate with trainers to support the development and improvement of training content. Client Relations, Business Development & Proposal Support
•Support outreach and relationship building with corporate clients, NGOs, international organizations, donors, and academic institutions.
•Assist in developing proposals, course outlines, technical offers, pricing structures, and quotations.
•Maintain strong client relationships to foster satisfaction and repeat business.
•Represent Amideast at meetings and events to promote services and promote partnership.
•Contribute to the development of technical inputs, success stories and reports for proposal and donor reporting.


Marketing & Promotion


•Coordinate marketing efforts for public courses and services, including targeted email campaigns, social media posts, printed materials, and outreach events.
•Collaborate with Amideast’s communications team to develop marketing content, flyers, announcements, promotional campaigns and social media ads.
•Represent Amideast at events, job fairs, and conferences to increase visibility and attract new participants and partners.


Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting


•Collect and analyze participant feedback, trainer evaluations, and course outcomes to inform continuous program improvement.
•Document success stories, lessons learned, for internal and external reporting.
•Prepare periodic reports on program performance, enrollment trends, client satisfaction, financial indicators, and impact data.


Administrative & Financial Coordination


•Monitor trainer payments and vendor invoices coordination with the finance team.
•Ensure accurate documentation of contracts, agreements, financial records, and client files.
Internal Reporting & Strategic Input
•Provide input to the Country Director on program performance and business development opportunities.
•Participate in internal meetings related to forecasting, program development, and portfolio diversification.


Required Qualifications


•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, human resources, public administration, or a related field.
•3–5 years of relevant experience in training coordination, workforce development, entrepreneurship support, or client service roles.
•Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship skills.
•Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems, learning platforms, and digital collaboration tools is a plus.
•Fluency in English and Arabic required; French is an asset.
•Willingness to travel across Lebanon and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.


Preferred Qualifications


•Experience managing training programs or client portfolios.
•Familiarity with entrepreneurship ecosystems, SME development, or professional certifications (e.g. PMP, Project DPro, LEED).
•Knowledge of monitoring & evaluation (M&E) frameworks
•Experience with digital marketing and outreach.
