Call for Proposals – Organizational Capacity Building

Objectives

This consultancy aims to:

• Strengthening the performance, systems, and internal controls of the organization
• Improve administrative and program management processes
• Upgrade internal documentation (manuals, policies, SOPs)
• Build the technical and leadership capacity of our staff
• Institutionalize best practices and foster a culture of effectiveness and accountability

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible firms must:

• Have at least 5 years of experience in capacity building for NGOs
• Demonstrate experience in organizational policy development and restructuring
• Possess a team with expertise in administration, finance, HR, program management, and M&E
• Be legally registered and authorized to operate in Beirut

Proposal Requirements

Interested firms should submit:

• Technical Proposal (including methodology, work plan, team bios)
• Financial Proposal (detailed budget, including any taxes or fees)
• Company Profile and documentation of similar past assignments
• CVs of Key Consultants
• References from at least two comparable organizations
