Pre-qualification Process Objective:
NRC Lebanon is conducting a prequalification process to identify suppliers of Goods Transportation and Labour Services who meet the minimum administrative and technical criteria required for the provision of these services.
NRC encourages companies and truck owners to apply for the pre-qualification process.
The objective of this procedure is to facilitate a more efficient response during emergencies and procurement processes by allowing the direct solicitation of financial proposals from a pre-qualified pool of bidders. This mechanism is designed to expedite procurement timelines by bypassing routine administrative and technical evaluations, thereby ensuring prompt and effective delivery of required goods and services."
