ASSABIL Association announces its desire to solicit price offers from hotels or guesthouses located outside the city of Beirut to host a summer training camp for music trainees, according to the following conditions:
Duration of stay: 5 nights / 6 days, from August 16 to August 21, 2025
Number of participants: 70 people
Catering: 3 daily meals in addition to two daily coffee breaks
Facilities: Provision of a hall for music training
Internet: Wi-Fi service

How to Apply
Interested parties wishing to participate in this tender should submit their offers in sealed envelopes to the ASSABIL Association office locted in Beirut, Ras Nabeh, Mohammad el Hout street, Naoura Bldg., 1st floor within the deadline specified in the detailed announcement.
Proposal Submission Mechanism:
Submit a detailed financial offer (with a breakdown for each item)
Submit a technical offer (including a description of the rooms, the hall, site photos, and any additional services)
Commit to delivering the offers in a sealed envelope to the ASSABIL Association office
Offers must remain valid for at least 30 days from the closing date, the envelopes will be opened, and the results announced on Friday, August 8, 2025.
