Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with parents to explain academic procedures and expectations.
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and monitor annual teaching plans aligned with the academic calendar.
- Distribute course curricula, assign teaching hours, and ensure timely and effective lesson delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate teacher performance academically and behaviorally.
- Audit class records, exams, and answer sheets for accuracy and compliance.
- Track and report on student performance; identify academic gaps and intervene as needed.
- Organize regular faculty meetings to review progress and discuss challenges.
- Coordinate with discipline supervisors to support student behavior management.
- Supervise lab readiness in technical programs.
- Evaluate, hire, and replace teaching staff as required.
- Select and assign textbooks and coordinate academic resources.
- Act on behalf of the Branch Manager during their absence.
- Oversee the Academic Officer’s tasks related to scheduling, grading, data entry, and exam management on the Olive system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in academic coordination or educational leadership.
- Strong understanding of curriculum planning, academic evaluation, and educational systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and school management software (e.g., Olive).
