Job Purpose
To develop an interactive and contextually relevant role-play game that will be used as a GBV awareness tool for sessions targeting women and girls in the Bekaa region. The tool should reflect real-life scenarios and encourage safe dialogue, critical thinking, and community engagement on GBV-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Design and prepare a culturally sensitive role-play game focused on GBV awareness and response
- Ensure content aligns with GBV guiding principles (Do No Harm, survivor-centered, confidentiality, etc.)
- Provide clear instructions and facilitation guide for use by field staff and facilitators
- Integrate participatory and engaging elements suitable for women and girls with diverse backgrounds
Deliverables
- Full script/content of role-play game (Arabic)
- Facilitator’s guide with instructions and key discussion questions
- Submission of the tool in soft copy (Word or PDF)
