PSS Facilitator - Beirut - Mount Lebanon

Conduct psychosocial support sessions with children and caregivers tailored according to their needs.

The individual is responsible for ensuring the proper andsmooth implementation of program activities.

Supports field staff and, more specifically, the CP team in carrying out regular activities

Keeps the archive of children’s forms containing all the information regarding children’s’ placement and follow up tests, media consent, participation forms, and other information related to the program activities.

Conduct pre- and post-test and evaluation forms

Ensures adherence to NABAD rules and regulations with special attention to PSEA and child safeguarding measures.

Participate in situational analysis for their respective areas and report any incidents at field level

Participate in weekly meetings and other coordination meetings if needed.

Monitor outreach criteria and inclusion activities.

Refer children in need of further support to the internal referral focal point for her actions.

Takes initiatives to respond quickly to unexpected challenges in the field and inform the management team immediately.
