Identify vulnerable children and caregivers in need of PSS or FPSS sessions in line with inter-agency selection criteria
Implement the community-based PSS and Focused PSS sessions on a periodical basis and evaluate each session with the children
Deliver Parenting curriculum for caregivers of children attending PSS, structured PSS, or life skills.
Deliver CBPSS and FPSS to children and caregivers as per the need of the individuals and groups.
Ensure PSS and FPSS sessions are delivered in line with global minimum standards and national inter-agency SOPs/standards
Ensure to identify and refer children and caregivers in need of case management to CP case management on a monthly basis.
Revise sessions according to each feedback/evaluation and constantly adapt approaches and exercises with the PSS trainer's approval.
Promote and ensure children's participation in all activities.
Document all necessary feedback and provide regular monitoring reports to the officer on the progress of children.
Ensure that ALL children and caregivers accessing PSS sessions and identified as being at high risk are referred to case management.
Review the coaching session/plan together with the officer and agree on areas in need of strengthening on a weekly basis.
Document all necessary feedback and provide regular monitoring report to the PSS trainer on the progress of children's attendance sheets, permission slips, parental consent, referrals, etc.
Assist in conducting assessments and MEL tools in coordination with the MEAL department.
Document project progress through tracking attendance sheets, observations, photos, FPSS tracker sheets, etc.
Submit weekly/monthly reports
