Request for an External Financial Auditor

The interested audit firm should submit Technical and Financial proposals and legal documentation of the company in Lebanon by email to procurement@fairtradelebanon.org . Please mention ‘Technical Proposal’, ‘Financial Proposal’ and ‘Legal Documentation’ with the name of the audit firm in the subject. Note: The financial proposal should be VAT exempted The auditor or auditing firm should send a comprehensive budget for undertaking this task. The budget submitted will be subject to negotiation. The deadline for the submission of proposal is the 25th of July 2025, and should be valid for at least 90 days. Other key documents to be submitted along with ‘Financial and Technical Proposals’ are as follows: • Company profile, structure, staff strength • Past Audit experiences - list of NGOs of external audit carried out • Legal documentation that enables the firm to operate in Lebanon in this field. Payments will be distributed considering the delivery of the audit report in its final version approved by the Donor. Meaning 1 payment of the total cost of the service at the end of the service period.
