- Deliver engaging and level-appropriate Arabic language lessons based on the school curriculum and students’ needs.
- Prepare and implement detailed lesson plans on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Use diverse and interactive teaching methods to enhance students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in Arabic.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly.
- Provide academic support to students when needed and upon the request of the direct supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior in the classroom.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and academic coordination meetings.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Engage in school activities and contribute to cultural or educational events related to the Arabic language.
- Good proficiency in English is considered an asset for communication and reporting.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital teaching platforms.
- Demonstrates strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Shows empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity in dealing with diverse student groups.
- Fully adheres to the PSEA policy and the organization’s code of conduct.
