• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that support the cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development of young children.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning through play.
• Use storytelling, songs, games, and hands-on activities to build foundational skills in language, numbers, motor coordination, and social behavior.
• Observe and assess children’s development regularly and maintain accurate records of progress and behavior.
• Provide individual attention and support based on each child’s needs and learning pace.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress, classroom activities, and developmental concerns.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and colleagues to ensure consistency and a holistic approach to early childhood education.
• Organize and participate in events, trips, and celebrations that support learning and community building.
• Implement daily routines and classroom management strategies to promote responsibility, respect, and independence among students.

Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and child protection policies and procedures.
