Under WFP’s School Meals 2024-2025 Programme, and in part of our optimization to enhance
operations DCL is requesting consultant services to visit two kitchens, assess the solar power
system (PV Panels, Inverters, Batteries, Connectors, Installation and grid) and recommend the
needed enhancements for the kitchen equipment to be operational.
The 2 kitchens are located in: Hrar School – Hrar, Akkar, and Qoubbe School – Tripoli, North

Expected Visit Date: July 22st, Final Report Date: July 23rd.

Please fill in the RFQ Form (Annex A), and submit it by email dcl.procurement@gmail.com or
phone. Also, include in your proposal a background of your company (years of operation,
ownership status, etc). And the financial proposal (Annex C) should be sent to DCL premises
within a closed and sealed envelope.
