Part-Time Arabic Language Facilitator

ROAA is a youth-centered organization dedicated to creating inclusive, safe, and empowering learning spaces that foster personal growth, emotional well-being, and educational development among children and youth. Through its community-driven initiatives, ROAA works to improve access to quality education, psychosocial support, and skill-building opportunities for all, especially those from vulnerable backgrounds.

As part of our Summer Educational Support Program, we are seeking a committed and dedicated Arabic Facilitator to lead engaging Arabic language sessions and support children aged 8 to 12 with their summer academic needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver interactive Arabic language sessions tailored to students’ levels and learning needs.
• Support children with their summer lessons and assignments in coordination with the program team.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that promotes participation and respect for diversity.
• Develop weekly lesson plans and prepare required teaching materials.
• Monitor students’ progress and adapt instructional methods accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Arabic Literature, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience teaching or facilitating educational sessions with children.
• Strong communication skills and classroom management abilities.
• Passion for inclusive education and a child-centered teaching approach.
• Familiarity with participatory and interactive educational methods.

Working Hours & Contract:

• 2 hours per day, 4 days per week.
• Contract for one month ( able to extend)
