Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights consultant for the Protection and health assistance in emergencies for vulnerable girls, boys, women and men in Lebanon Project.

Caritas Austria is seeking a qualified consultant to support the integration of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) into Caritas Lebanon’s programs under the PHASE project. The consultancy will involve conducting a comprehensive assessment of existing SRHR policies and practices, engaging with Caritas staff, beneficiaries, and church representatives, and facilitating peer learning with external experts. The consultant will deliver tailored training workshops for management and field staff, develop draft SRHR guidelines aligned with international standards and Caritas Lebanon’s faith-based values, and provide practical recommendations for institutionalizing SRHR in emergency and non-emergency contexts. The assignment will run over five months from September to December 2025.
