Gender Consultancy for Protection and health assistance in emergencies for vulnerable girls, boys, women and men in Lebanon

Caritas Lebanon, is seeking a qualified local Gender Consultant to support the implementation of gender-responsive practices across its "PHASE" project — Protection and Health Assistance in Emergencies for Vulnerable Girls, Boys, Women and Men in Lebanon. The consultancy will focus on strengthening gender-sensitive MEAL processes, delivering targeted staff training, enhancing awareness-raising activities (especially male engagement), and developing internal tools and guidelines to ensure gender equality is mainstreamed across health and protection programming. The assignment will be conducted over five months (August–December 2025) and includes approximately 15 working days, with possible extension.
