Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential sponsors that align with the event’s profile and target audience.
Pitch and negotiate agreements with sponsors to meet agreed targets.
Coordinate closely with our internal team to ensure deliverables and sponsor requirements are met.
Maintain confidentiality about the project at all times.
Meet agreed sales targets to receive commission-based compensation.
If successful, the candidate may be engaged for similar future projects on a freelance basis.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or partnerships (preferably in events, media, or non-profit sectors).
Strong network and ability to generate new leads.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-driven and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in Arabic and English.
Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
