Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and follow up on project work plans and timelines
  • Monitor project activities and ensure timely implementation
  • Organize and submit narrative reports to the donor
  • Support the finance and procurement teams with project-related tasks
  • Coordinate with relevant sectors and the Disaster Risk Management (DRM) unit
  • Plan and facilitate project meetings
  • Maintain communication with all departments regarding changes in the project plan
  • Ensure timely updates and progress tracking

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences, project management, or related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or similar role
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
