Rahma for Special Needs (RSN) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Education Director to lead our inclusive education department. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary educational leader who is passionate about inclusive learning and early childhood development, particularly for children with special needs.

As part of its commitment to integrity and ethical conduct, ADJI enforces a zero-tolerance policy on Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and requires all staff to adhere to the Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) Code of Conduct.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of curriculum for Kindergarten (KG) and Cycle 1, embedding inclusive education practices.

Supervise, support, and mentor classroom teachers; organize regular professional development on inclusive strategies and differentiated instruction.

Collaborate with specialists to develop and oversee class-wide plans and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with learning challenges.

Monitor and evaluate students’ academic, social, and emotional progress; prepare comprehensive reports for leadership and families.

Foster strong, transparent communication with parents, engaging them as active partners in their children’s learning journey.

Ensure adherence to national and international standards for educational quality, safety, and child protection.

Qualifications and Requirements

Master’s degree (preferred) or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Special Education, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in KG or Cycle 1 settings, with a strong track record in inclusive education.

Solid knowledge of early childhood curricula and evidence-based inclusive teaching practices.

Proven leadership, organizational, and team-building capabilities.

Fluency in English, French and Arabic, spoken and written.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
