2205 I World Vision Lebanon I RFP - Photographer & Videographer Consultancy Services

World Vision is a global Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to working with children, families, and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. World Vision Lebanon is looking to establish a long-term agreement with a freelance professional photographer who can produce compelling visual content aligned with WVL’s communications and storytelling needs. The professional photographer is required to capture high-quality, human-centered photographs that communicate the impact of WV work across Lebanon.

World Vision Lebanon (WVL) seeks to establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with a qualified videographer or media production company to support the development of high-quality video content for external and internal communication. These videos will serve to document project impact, amplify community voices, raise awareness, and support advocacy and donor engagement efforts.

Letter of Interest should include following information:

• Deadline for the submission of Letter of Interest is August 13, 2025, 11:59 AM Lebanon Time.

Please note:

• Companies missing contact information in the Letter of Interest will not be considered for the Tender Participation.
• Any submission of Letter of Interest after deadline will be rejected and companies will not be invited to Tender.

Tender Documents will be sent out electronically through WV procurement system (Provision) to interested companies/consultants (as mentioned above in the schedule dates). Tender documents will include detailed RFP and submission instructions. All applications should be received online through the system, no hard copies or email submission will be accepted.
