- Conduct targeted outreach in communities to engage adolescents and youth, promote center activities, and share project information.
- Identify and register beneficiaries using Kobo or other designated tools; ensure timely and accurate data upload.
- Support community needs assessments and mapping of local services, schools, and stakeholders.
- Refer beneficiaries to relevant internal and external services, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to safeguarding protocols.
- Track and follow up on participation and attendance of beneficiaries in center activities.
- Report challenges, community feedback, and success stories to the Center Supervisor.
- Adhere to safeguarding, PSEA, and Do No Harm principles at all times.
- Participate in project trainings, including SRHR, GBV risk mitigation, child protection, and outreach best practices.
