As a Graphic Designer at USPEaK, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging content that aligns with our mission to inspire and empower communities.

• Conceptualize and create innovative visual solutions for a variety of projects, focusing on digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, strategists, and other team members to develop integrated visual campaigns that align with project objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in the digital advertising landscape.
• Maintain a high level of quality control and attention to detail throughout the design process.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Have extensive experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, digital ads, and other online content.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
• Possesses basic knowledge of photography and videography.
• Have AI knowledge in ChatGPT, Voice over programs, photo design, etc. 
• Possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Have social media content writing basics. Add content to the Social Media platforms of USPEaK on Facebook, Instagram, X, and Linked In.
• Update the website of USPEaK. 
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a passion for creativity and a solid understanding of digital marketing trends.
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing is preferred.
• Familiarity with web design principles is desirable
