As part of our efforts to enhance operational efficiency and ensure transparent financial management, we are seeking to procure a reliable, user-friendly, and scalable Accounting Software.
We invite qualified vendors, suppliers, and authorized distributors to express their interest in supplying, installing, and providing technical support for an accounting software solution that meets our requirements.
Scope of Requirements
The proposed accounting software should, at minimum, include the following features:
Core Accounting Functions: General ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash/bank management, and expense tracking.
Financial Reporting: Automated generation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) and donor-specific financial reports.
Multi-Currency & Multi-Project Support: Ability to manage multiple funding sources, currencies, and project budgets.
Compliance & Localization: Adapted to Lebanese financial regulations, tax requirements, and NGO reporting standards.
User Management: Role-based access control, multiple user accounts, and audit trails.
Integration: Capability to integrate with payroll, inventory, or other operational systems if needed.
Support & Training: Provision of user training, software documentation, and technical support services.

Eligibility Criteria:
Interested parties must:
Be legally registered and authorized to operate in Lebanon.
Have proven experience in providing accounting software solutions, preferably to NGOs or similar organizations.
Demonstrate financial and technical capacity to deliver the required solution within the agreed timeline.
