How to Apply
Tender Submission:
- RFQ # should be clearly stated on the Offer and email subject. (RFQ#10113424),
- Validity of the offer should be stated,
- A sample of each category should be submitted to IMC offices in Sin el fil before the deadline(Monday September 15th ,2025) , all offers submitted without samples will not be considered valid.
A contract will be signed with the winning vendor for 1 year with a Not to Exceed Amount for the whole year of ( 449,999 USD) , Based on the needs we will be sending a work order of what’s needed.
International Medical Corps reserves the right to accept or reject any part of, or the entire tender in accordance with internal procedures.
