Project Overview: School Snacks Program with WFP
The proposed School Snacks project, in collaboration with WFP, aims to provide students with nutritious and balanced snacks during their school day, helping to improve their health, well-being, and focus on learning. The project will involve the planning, preparation, and distribution of snacks that meet established nutritional guidelines, ensuring that the students receive essential vitamins and minerals.
The initiative will target schools in the Beirut and Mount Lebanon areas, with a focus on supporting students in underserved communities. A total of 30 schools will be involved, benefiting approximately 6,600 students. This project aims to contribute to improved educational outcomes by addressing hunger and promoting healthy eating habits among children.
We would like to invite you to the pre-bidding on wednesday august 27, 2025 at 11: 00 AM (this is instead of the meeting that was planned and announced on august 26). DUring this session, Tabitha will provide a detailed explanation of the invitation to tender, including the requested scope of work and the documents required for submission.

Bidders wishing to submit a bid must use the Bidder Response Document template in Section 2 of this Tender Pack. Any bids received using different formats, or incomplete bids, will not be accepted.
This document allows bidders to submit all the required information and be evaluated fairly and equally against the Essential, Capability and Commercial Criteria. Bidders may also be required to submit supporting documentation. Further instructions can be found within the document.
Bids should be submitted in two separated stamped and sealed envelopes (financial and commercial offer) with samples to Tabitha’s office in Baabda, near Sacré-Coeur Hospital to Mrs. Mounira Rached.
