Administrative and Finance Assistant (Support services)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Provide day-to-day administrative support to LPDC’s operational teams.
  2. Assist in financial tracking, documentation, and reporting in line with donor requirements and internal procedures.
  3. Support the adoption and implementation of donor-specific financial and administrative policies.
  4. Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  5. Assist in preparing financial reports and budget summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Support the monitoring of LPDC expenditures and ensure timely processing of payments.
  7. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and partners to ensure compliance with procurement and financial protocols.
  8. Collaborate with LPDC team to ensure alignment between administrative processes and project activities.

Qualifications and experience

 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative and financial support roles, preferably within donor-funded projects or public institutions.
  3. Familiarity with donor compliance frameworks and financial reporting standards.
  4. Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management software.
  6. Knowledge of the Lebanese
