KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to LPDC’s operational teams.
- Assist in financial tracking, documentation, and reporting in line with donor requirements and internal procedures.
- Support the adoption and implementation of donor-specific financial and administrative policies.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and budget summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the monitoring of LPDC expenditures and ensure timely processing of payments.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and partners to ensure compliance with procurement and financial protocols.
- Collaborate with LPDC team to ensure alignment between administrative processes and project activities.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative and financial support roles, preferably within donor-funded projects or public institutions.
- Familiarity with donor compliance frameworks and financial reporting standards.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management software.
