Framework Agreement for Supply of Plastics & Packaging Materials

The Alawite Islamic Charity Association (AICA) invites qualified and registered suppliers to participate in an Open Tender for the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the supply of plastics and packaging materials to support AICA’s humanitarian food assistance programs in North Lebanon.
Scope of Supply
Goods: As per Annex I – Technical Specifications:
Microwave Black Plate Medium Size / One Part (60,000 pcs)
Microwave Plate Medium Size / Two Parts (60,000 pcs)
White Nylon Bags (120,000 pcs)
Prepack Packages (120,000 pcs)
Black Latex Gloves (12,000 pcs)
Hairnets (3,000 pcs)
White Sleeves (2,000 pcs)
Trash Bags Rolls, Large (1,200 pcs)
Face Masks (1,500 pcs)
Aluminum Rolls (50 pcs)
Framework Agreement Duration: 4 months (01 Sep – 31 Dec 2025)
Delivery Location: House of Wisdom Community Kitchen (HOWCK), Jabal Mohsen, Tripoli – Lebanon
Quantities: Indicative and non-binding; AICA is not obliged to purchase the full estimated volume
Submission Procedure
All bids must be submitted electronically via AICA’s Odoo ERP Tender Portal:

Suppliers apply through the portal and upload:
Technical Proposal (Annex I, Annex III, Annex IV, Annex V, signed Code of Conduct)
Financial Proposal (Annex II) – unit prices & totals, valid for 120 days
Submission Format: Two compiled PDF files:
File 1: Technical Proposal Package (all annexes except Annex II)
File 2: Financial Proposal (Annex II only)
