The Tefahta Sub-Station forms part of the Brak Water Pumping Station that supplies potable water to the surrounding service area. The existing installation requires rehabilitation to improve hydraulic performance, replace worn assets, and integrate new equipment with the existing supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system. The project comprises mechanical works (carbon‑steel piping systems at PN16 and PN64), installation of new submersible pump sets, and associated electrical and instrumentation works including cabling, junction boxes, telemetry cabling, and SCADA integration.

• Answers will be shared with all interested bidders by the latest 11 September August 2025.

• Deadline of offer submission via online system is September 16, 2025, 8:00 pm.

Please note:

• Companies missing contact information in the Letter of Interest will not be considered for the Tender Participation.
• Any submission of a Letter of Interest after the deadline will be rejected, and companies will not be invited to Tender.

Tender Documents will be sent out electronically through WV procurement system (Provision) to interested companies/consultants by August 26, 2025, since the deadline of offers submission via online system is 16 September, 2025 8:00 pm Tender documents will include TOR and submission instructions. All applications should be received online through the system; no hard copies or email submission will be accepted.

Payments will be made via fresh money transfer.

The Supplier needs to bear the cross-border transfer charges for an approximate amount of $45 for any sum below $10,000 and $95 for any sum above $10,000 which will be deducted directly from each transfer.

In case the Consultant is not registered with Ministry of Finance, a deduction of 8.5 % should always be considered.

No Price Negotiation: Please note that this tender follows a "best and final offer" (BAFO) approach. Suppliers are expected to submit their most competitive price and comprehensive proposal initially, as no negotiations regarding price will be undertaken after the submission deadline
