Research Consultant

The primary objectives of this consultancy are:
1-    To conduct a detailed employability assessment in the Iqlim Al Kharoub El Chamali region.
2-    To develop a stakeholder map identifying private sector actors, institutions, and job seekers relevant to the local labor ecosystem.
3-    To assess the skills at supply and demand, as well as skills gaps identification and analysis 
4-    and provide recommendations to support tailored employability and training interventions aligned with the project mission.
